Some Wrinkles Are Easily Preventable!

A number of factors can cause wrinkles – things such as too much exposure to the sun and genetics. However, there is one type of wrinkles that can be easily prevented – those that are caused by sleeping on the stomach.

According to a new study, sleeping on your face can cause wrinkles. In the morning, upon waking up, many people notice the bed crinkles on their faces from the pillow case. The problem is that, over time, those lines can become permanent wrinkles!

SO, to prevent these wrinkles, do not sleep on your side. The best way to avoid pillow wrinkles is to sleep on your back. Or you can get a good pillowcase with a high thread count.

And if you are a smoker, pay attention to the following fact: smokers have ten times more wrinkles than non-smokers.

Smoking reduces blood flow to the skin, causing sagging and wrinkling. In addition, the constant exposure to cigarettes and being surrounded by smoke can cause early beginning of wrinkles.

But the good news is that if you stop smoking, your skin will repair itself.
