What Vitamin is Good to Keep your Skin Free of Pimples?

One of the good ways to keep your skin free of pimples is taking vitamins and other important nutrients. However, there is no single vitamin that can cure acne. But the combination of several vitamins can be very helpful in keeping your skin free of pimples.

Vitamin A is one of these nutrients that can be as effective as some facial toners and scrubs. It keeps sebum production, which causes acne, in check.

According to a study, high doses of vitamin B5 (10-20grams) can reduce acne within seven days to a month.

B6 vitamins is very good for women with pimples, especially during menstrual cycles. It helps regulate hormone levels. Just remember not to excessive amounts of B6 because it can cause nerve damage.

Vitamin C is also very good because it fights bacteria that cause acne.
