Simple Beautiful Skin Tips

As time goes by, your skin needs more than just a quick splash of water. As you get older, your skin appears duller, drier and tighter. Your wrinkles become more evident.

However, 5 minutes a day is enough to have beautiful skin. Here are a few simple tips.

- You must know your skin type in order to have proper skin care. Is your skin dry, oily or combination of the two? If you are not sure, see a skincare advisor.

- Stick to the basics every day – a gentle cleanser, a day moisturizer with SPF15, night time moisturizer and eye cream.

- Use a gentle exfoliator every few weeks. Avoid using it around the delicate eye area.

- In the morning, cleanse and moisturize, avoiding the delicate under eye area. Gently apply an eye cream; do not stretch the skin.

- Cleanse and moisturize with a night cream before you go to bed.

That’s all there is to it!

Also, eat foods that improve the health of your skin. These foods should contain essential fatty acids, such as omega 3. Lack of EFAs causes dry, flaky skin. Drink enough water for beautiful skin – eight glasses or 2 litres.
