Face Fat Loss – 10 Ways to Get Rid of Face Fat

Being called “chubby cheeks” is not funny. It can cause a self-esteem issue. There are various reasons why you have fat face.  But who cares about reasons. You want to learn about good face fat loss methods. So here they are.

But, first things first. Spot reduction of face fat is not possible. You cannot lose fat from specific places. However, that doesn’t mean you cannot get rid of face fat.

Here are some good methods for face fat loss:

1. Lose overall body fat. When you lose weight, you lose fat from over your whole body.

2. Drink lots of water – about nine 8-ounce glasses of water every day.

3. Try facial exercises. Their goal is to tighten and firm your skin, not to reduce the underlying fat (as we said above, spot reduction is impossible).

4. Control salt intake. Salt causes water retention so your face will bloat up.

5. Increase calcium intake. Take at least 1200 milligrams of calcium to help in fat loss.

6. Reduce your intake of alcohol. It can put calories on your body.

7. Eat right. Add more fiber in your diet. Eat three servings of fruits and three servings of vegetables every day

8. Try an ultrasound machine. It sends energy deep beneath the skin to liquify fat cells.

9. Try liposuction. A few small incisions are made in the skin in order to suction out the fat.

10. At the end, try cosmetic surgery, such as face lift. This is the most expensive method.

So follow these 10 steps and but pay special attention to a fat loss program. If you lose body fat, your face will look much thinner.
