Acne is a huge skin problem. From 16 to 40 and beyond, acne is a condition that affects almost everyone at some time in their lives.
If you have acne, follow these skin care tips:
- Wash your face in the morning, before you go to bed and after you’ve sweated heavily.
- Wash your entire face, including past the jaw and all the way up to the hairline.
- Use a mild face wash.
- Avoid harsh soaps or astringents on your face; don’t scrub the skin.
- Ask your doctor what is best for your skin.
- If you have long, oily hair, wash it every day.
- Pull your hair away from your skin when you sleep.
- Wash your pillowcase often and use clean face towels.
