3 Facial Toning Exercises for a Younger Look

Facial exercises are one of the rare good methods that you can use to keep your face looking younger.

You can spend lots of money in an effort to look younger, but facial toning exercises are a free way to make you look younger.

As your face ages gravity starts to elongate muscles. This gives your face the droopy look. You can get these muscles into better shape by toning and exercising your face. A good time to do facial toning exercises is while you are cleansing and moisturising.

Here are just 3 simple exercises (there are many more):

1. Stretch your face with your eyes wide open and your mouth wide open as wide as you can. Hold that for a second, and then relax both the eyes and the mouth. Repeat several times in a row. Do this once a day.

2. To tone your forehead, put your index fingers just above your eyes and pull down at the same time as you try to raise your eyebrows. Repeat ten times

3. The tapping method is a great way to exercise. Tap along the eyebrows and around the cheekbones. Avoid tapping around the eyes because the skin here is too thin.

By exercising your facial muscles for only a few minutes a day, you will increase blood circulation and promote natural collagen production. All this will help you to age gracefully.

Just remember to do your exercises slowly, without tension but with energy and effort.

Also keep in mind that the progress is slow but sure. Don’t expect miracles overnight, but if you stick at them you’ll definitely see an improvement!
