1. Avoid exposing your skin to the sun for long periods of time. Over exposure causes brown spots and facial wrinkles. You must use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15 on all exposed skin, especially your face.

2. Exercising is very good for the skin because it promotes blood circulation. As a result, oxygen distribution to the skin is increased. This oxygenation revitalizes your skin. In addition, sweating during working out helps remove dirt and toxins from the pores. Just remember to clean your skin immediately after exercising.

3. You must eat healthy if you want your skin to look healthy. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Foods rich in vitamins C and E maintain skin’s elasticity. Avoid sugar-filled, acidic sodas. Drink plenty of pure water to hydrate and firm your skin. People who increase their water intake say that they have seen big changes in the appearance of their skin.

4. Avoid too much alcohol, smoking, stress or fatigue. All this can dull and discolor your skin. Get a lot of sleep.
