- Vitamin E is the best beauty vitamin. It slows down the aging process, protecting. It absorbs free radicals that damage the skin and cause premature aging.

Vitamin E is great for extremely dry and mature skin. Do not use it on oily skin.

The best sources of vitamin E are wheatgerm, vegetable oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds and legumes.

    I have an oily skin on my face.I have used almost every external products on my face, but no results.Please advise me of some vitamins to reduce oily skin.
