7 Makeup Beauty Tips


Here are several tips and tricks to enhance your look without going overboard.

- Do not go too light on foundation. You need to blend your SPF with a liquid foundation 1 or 2 shades darker than your skin.

- Avoid applying too much mascara on tips of lashes because it will weigh the lashes down. Most of the mascara should go at the base of your lashes.

- Use more than one color on the eyes. Use at least two colors. It’s just a matter of using them lightly and blending.

- Stay away from concealers with too much yellow in them. Get undereye concealers that have more of a peachy tone.

- Do not skip the powder. If you do, the blush or bronzer will leave a harsh trail. Dust a translucent powder over the face first.

- Do not use too large of a blush brush. It should be the size of a silver dollar.

- To protect your makeup against melting during summer months, choose foundations that contain silicone. It prevents foundations from melting when your skin warms up. Also use cheer creams, liquids and gels that sink into the skin.
