Cosmetic company Unilever has developed a new deodorant for its Dove and Sure ranges.
The Sure and Dove Hair Minimizing roll-ons and sprays slow down underarm hair growth and prevent skin irritation after shaving!
Unilever claims that a difference can be spotted after one month of use. Apart from having smoother armpits for a longer time, the hairs will be easier to remove.
However, hair growth will return to normal if you stop using the deodorant.
Unilever believes the products will be particularly popular with image-conscious young women.
The company’s scientists have spent three years developing the new formula. It is based on a “pro-epil” complex, which is said to slow the rate of hair growth.
The deodorants are not designed to replace waxing or shaving. They should be used only in the underarm area.
The Sure and Dove Hair Minimizing Deodorant will be seen on supermarket shelves from January next year.
