3 Tips to Get Strong Healthy Nails

You can get strong healthy nails at home! This will reduce your visits to beauty salons and save you money in the long run. And this saving can be considerable because a good pedicure or manicure can cost between $20 and $50.

When you grow strong healthy finger nails, it’s much easier to shape them or get that French tip look you love so much.

1. Add a little more zinc to your everyday diet. This will help your nails grow strong and healthy. It’s very simple to do. Just drink an extra glass of milk each day. Did you know that white spots on fingernails are a sign that you’re not getting enough zinc?
