The Simplest Trick to Lose Weight!

You do not need diet pills or to exercise vigorously. All you have to do to lose weight is to drink water before you eat!

According to a new study, middle-aged and older people who drank two cups of water before each meal consumed fewer calories and lost more weight than those who skipped drinking water.

The study published in the journal Obesity showed that people consumed between 75 to 90 fewer calories per meal if they drank two cups of water prior to eating.

A research team led by Brenda Davy of Virginia Tec also found that drinking water not only helps shedding off pounds, but also retains weight loss.

Researchers are not sure why drinking water before meals helps with weight loss. They think that drinking two glasses of water gives you a feeling of fullness so you eat less.
