How to Eat for Weight Loss – Avoid Mini Meals!

Eating three times a day is better than having several smaller “mini-meals” for weight loss, according to new research.

Overweight and obese people on low-calorie, high-protein diets felt less hungry and more satisfied when they ate 3 times a day compared to when they ate 6 times a day.

The study, published in the journal Obesity, found out that mini-meals are not good for appetite control.

Although all over the world people are instructed to take 5-6 mini-meals, deeming it to be better option for weight loss, in reality, no remarkable result has been seen with it.

It’s already been established that high protein diets are better for appetite control. However, the diet participants followed in the study was not Atkins.
