- Here is a Hollywood-used avocado hair mask for healthy hair. Mix avocado with 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Make a smooth paste. Massage into your hair and scalp and wrap a towel around your head. After 20 minutes rinse thoroughly with warm water.

- Wash your hair every second or even third day.

- Use conditioners and shampoos containing fatty substances and repair materials. They will smooth the cuticle layer and protect hair.

- Often wear protective hair styles. They protect the hair and do not expose the ends to the climate, rubbing against clothing, etc. These can be buns, braids.

1. Hair mask with parsley

1 teaspoon of vodka or brandy, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, parsley

Cut parsley in small pieces and mix with vodka and olive oil. Use the mixture to massage the roots of your hair and then wrap your head in a towel and wait  for an hour. Then wash the hair with warm water and a mild shampoo. At the end, rinse with apple cider vinegar.

2. Nourishing hair masks

1 egg yolk and 1 cup of milk

Beat the egg yolk for a few minutes, then add the milk. You can also add half teaspoon of rose syrup. Apply the solution to your hair, especially concentrating on the ends. Leave on for 10-15 minutes so that the mask penetrates the scalp, after that wash the hair as usual.

3. Hair masks for shiny hair

2 teaspoons of pure acacia honey, 1 teaspoon of olive or almond oil, 1 teaspoon of apple vinegar

This solution is also recommended before washing the hair. The mixture of ingredients listed above will be applied directly to hair roots. Use a comb to distribute the solution over your hair and then leave on the mask for at least an hour before washing the head. At the end, your hair will be bright and shiny.

4. Nutritive mask for hair loss

1 egg yolk, some castor oil, 1 teaspoon of vitamin A

Mix all ingredients well and apply the solution to your hair. Leave for 2 hours and then wash the hair with a mild shampoo. This mask is recommended especially for people with excessive hair loss.

5. Honey mask for damaged hair

2 teaspoons of honey, castor oil, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of rum and a vial of vitamin A or D

Mix them all and once you get a creamy solution, apply the mask over the entire surface of your hair, starting from the roots. Then cover your head with a plastic cap and leave for 2 hours before washing.

6. Mask for fine hair

1 tablespoon of oatmeal, a teaspoon of castor or almond oil, 1 teaspoon of milk and vitamin D or A

Mix ingredients thoroughly and apply the solution over the entire surface of the hair. Leave mask on hair for 4 hours, then rinse with warm water and shampoo.

7. Mask for oily hair

5 teaspoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients and then apply the solution over the entire surface of the hair concentrating mainly on the roots. Leave for 40 minutes then rinse with water. Repeat once a week.

8. Mask for dry hair

1 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice and 1 egg yolk

Apply the mixture on the hair and leave it there for 20 minutes. Then wash with warm water and mild shampoo and conditioner.
