Avocados are rich in essential oils and B-complex vitamins that nourish your skin.

2. Papaya face mask

Mix 12 uncoated aspirin with one teaspoon of warm water. Mash into paste. If mixture is too liquid, add more aspirin. If mixture is too pasty, add a drop or two of water. Pat thickly onto your face. After 10 minutes, rinse well with lukewarm water. This mask is good for acne-prone, oily skin but can be used on all types.
