Foods that Cause and Reduce Cellulite
Foods that Cause Cellulite
Cellulite does not affect only overweight people. Many fat people don’t have it and many slim people do. However, too much fat on your hips, bottom and thighs will make cellulite look worse.
So, foods that are bad are fatty foods you eat, such as sausages, cheese, biscuits and cake.
Some studies show caffeine, tea and cola can make cellulite worse. Cellulite is often caused by toxins, so avoid smoking and alcohol because both create toxins in the body.
Get rid of sugar since it slows production of collagen in the skin.
Foods that Reduce Cellulite
Eat plenty of brightly colored fruit and veg. Berries are very good - eat a handful of either raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries every morning.
Bananas, mangoes and papaya are also good.
Foods high in vitamin C are also excellent cellulite-fighters. Other foods to include: oily fish, chicken, tomatoes, spinach, carrots, avocados, grapefruit and apples.
Cucumber, celery, onions and asparagus reduce bloating and fluid retention. These conditions can sometimes trigger cellulite.
