A team of Canadian scientists have found that regular exercise can delay the aging process!
Researchers from McMaster University in Hamilton found that signs of premature aging were stopped – and even reversed – in almost all tissues and organs in the bodies of exercised mice.
It’s one of the strongest evidences ever produced showing the power of exercise as an anti-aging remedy.
This means that a fountain of youth won’t come from a pill, but rather plain old exercise!
Scientists found “unprecedented” anti-aging effects of endurance exercise on the brain, skin, hair, gonads, kidneys, spleen and liver. In other words, every part of the body was protected by exercise.
As professor of pediatrics and medicine, Dr Mark Tarnopolsky said: “I think that exercise is the most potent anti-aging therapy available today and likely forever.”
The findings were published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
